License Terms

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, InGaming grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and deploy the InGaming frontend codebase for a single commercial project, unless broader usage rights are explicitly granted in writing. The license covers your entire team working on that project and can be extended by a separate custom delivery agreement where applicable.

2. Permitted Use

  • Use the codebase as the foundation for your iGaming operator product
  • Modify, extend, and customize the code to fit your product requirements
  • Deploy to your own infrastructure or cloud provider
  • Allow your employees and contractors to work with the code under this license

3. Restrictions

  • You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the original or modified codebase to third parties
  • You may not use the codebase to build a competing product or template that is sold or distributed
  • You may not remove or obscure any copyright notices in the source code

4. Ownership

The InGaming codebase and all intellectual property rights remain the property of InGaming. This license does not transfer ownership of the base product to you. Your custom modifications and extensions are your own intellectual property.

5. Support & Updates

Any walkthroughs, update access, or future deliverables are included only if explicitly stated in your individual commercial agreement. The exact scope is defined per project at the time of agreement.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The codebase is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. InGaming makes no guarantees regarding fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. You are responsible for validating the codebase against your specific requirements before deployment.

7. Limitation of Liability

InGaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the codebase, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.
